“I got these extentions a while back and was not too happy with them due to styling them and the hair melting off... I thought I would give it another chance years after.. but the same thing happened to me. I used my curler on low setting and had the hair melt right on to the curler which ruined my whole look for the day. Very disappointed in them for it being promoted as 100% human hair and having spent all that money on it when it’s clearly a lie. Only gave it 3 stars because the amount of hair that came on the set.”

“I was a little skeptical because some reviews said the hair gets very tangled. It does not!! And the best part is that I feel comfortable wearing it and beautiful. Is very full, great quality and easy to use. I also ordered the bag to keep it in and is amazing! Maybe that's one reason they don't get tangle so much. With my purchase, I received a free ponytail, I must say the quality of it is not the same of the hair extensions. The hair almost don't look real because is extremely shinny. I won't wear it done cuz it does not look real. But I would wear it and put it in a bun, it is gorgeous though. The hair extensions are definitely worth the money. I would buy again and recommend it to a family member. I used the payment plan and I was very pleased to see how user friendly it is. Making my first payment next month. I bought many, many extensions in the past and even made my own because I was never happy with the hair thickness, they were always so thin, specially the further it got to the ends, these extensions are NOT like that at all. They look amazing and full from beginning to end. LOVE THEM!!!!”
“After spending nearly $300 CAD plus $70 duty I hoped my extensions would be the best I’ve ever had. I’m a hairstylist and have tried many. I went to curl them and immediately smelled burning plastic and my iron was covered in black. The extensions turned very frazzled on the ends. I messaged with customer service and they said wash them a bunch of times to get the coating off (on the package it says only wash when absolutely necessary as it dries them out) I washed them twice and there is still melted plastic all over my iron every time I use them. I now ruined my iron, the extensions are dry and frizzy, and I have melted plastic in my own hair. All they offered is for me to pay to ship them back to them so they can “evaluate them”. No thanks not spending more money to fix my issue.”
