“So today I decided to open my new extensions set for the first time. The hair extensions that I usually order from Bellami smell like they've been in a box like normal, kind of like plastic. But today when I opened them, I simply couldn't breathe from the smell. They smelled like PURE manure. I don't know how they can possibly smell this bad. So I tried to wash them with a special shampoo and conditioner, which only ruined my extensions. I shampooed from the half of the hair extensions and down, so no water gets on the clips. I had no choice but to throw them away. Now I lost all of my money and don't even have extensions. I'm so beyond mad.”
“I have worn Bellami for 6 years, and I feel as a company the shipping is fast, the staff are friendly, and it is easy to get customer service. However, I can tell the quality of hair that they produce is not lasting as long nor seems as good of quality as years ago. I'm not sure if it's from a different supplier or just the high demand has given the brand leniency to go with a cheaper hair, but I am looking at other brands wondering if they have better hair quality at this time.
