“I love the quality of the hair, HOWEVER... The reason that I am not giving you 5 stars is because I ordered this with the presumption that is was HUMAN hair. I checked all over the site and read the FAQ page and it stated that Bellami hair was human hair. Then, when I received my Khaleesi hair, there was a neon green insert stating that the product was synthetic hair. I found this extremely misleading and disappointing, especially because I like to use hot tools on my hair extensions and now am apprehensive to do so for fear of damaging it. Please consider being more forthcoming in the future about the type of hair that you are selling.”
“Amazing quality and thick from top to bottom. What I would suggest to make your packaging better is to add extra clips because if you use your bellamis everyday (like I do) some of them tend to break off . It would be useful to have some extra clips we could replace the broken ones with.”
