“I’ve purchased from Bellami in the past and have always received superior products. This set was not. This set was extremely disappointing. The color is very yellow and the hair loses thickness toward the ends. I am taking them to my hairdresser to cut off at least 4 inches due to frayed and thin ends. I’m also going to see if he can tone them to an ashier color. I opened the sample piece and it was thick to the end, then when I opened the large pack and broke the seal, the rest were not. It was too late at that point. My hairdresser thinks he can salvage them but I won’t be ordering from Bellami again.”
“I never recievevd my order and I still don't know why . I recently moved out of my parents house so my billing and ship address are different . I got my confirmation of order email. The money was taken from my account but I got a security email from CS , I assume bc my address and billing info so I sent them all the info they asked for but I never got my extensions still :(”
