“First off. The extensions themselves seem good, but time will tell if they hold up. However, I got the free ponytail with it and chose both in the same color. When they arrived I eagerly opened the package to feel this beautiful hair I've heard so much about. Of course I have never heard or seen about no small pouch with the smallest piece to check if it will work, so I just opened the main thing. That's when I noticed the color seemed off. I ordered the ash blonde #60. It was way more strawberry blonde and the ponytail was more ashy but almost to where it turned green. I panicked because it didn't look at all what it did in the picture. I emailed customer service thinking for sure that you guys would send out a new one since I had a bachelorette party to attend in a few days. Going the extra step in certain situations is something I do for my customers where I work anyways... But apparently there was no willingness to help here. Very unhappy with how this situation was dealt with so I won't be a return customer.”
