“Customer service was great , but I was disappointed with the color. I have a bleach blonde hair color but when I ordered that color in the extensions, they were darker so I had to return them. I had no problems as far as returning them and everyone was great.”
“I love your product for the thickness and such and They came in super thick and beautiful but they knot so terribly and I've only had them for a week. I don't understand why because I brush them and I'll put them in and about an hour I'll have knots already. I have never had this happen before.”
