“The clips don’t like to stay closed and the hair is so heavy they slide. The hair is beautiful but I expected it to be more coppery than purple-y. Still really like them but not what I expected”
“The Vibrant Red color was more of a burnt, rusty brown. It is too dark to dye without damaging. Paying for shipping both ways for an item is ridiculous, when the color does not match. If you have red hair, I suggest buying the blonde and dying it. The braid that came with it was dark brown. Horrible buying experience.”

“I am for the most part satisfied with the actual extensions, the color is perfect, my hair is fuller now, and they hold curl somewhat well. When I first opened the package they smelled horrible! My issue was with delivery and the customer service department. I received a notification that my extensions would be delivered Tuesday, March 6, but I did not get them until Monday March 12. I called the post office and they told me that they could not tell me anything, that I needed to contact the shipper, so I called customer service on Friday March 9 to find out what was going on since for three days I was getting a notification they would be delivered each day, and was basically told that it was not their problem and if they were not there by the end of the following week they would then open an investigation. Magically after telling them to just refund me, I would go somewhere else I get a notification from the post office telling me that my package was returned to the post office upon request of the customer. I never asked for that, I asked that they find out where my package was since the post office told me to contact the shipper. I finally got my package a week after I was told it would be delivered. For the price I paid for shipping I should have gotten my package on time. I think this company needs to work on their customer service and look into different shipping methods when the shipping is outrageous as it is.”
