“They didn’t have my original color, I called to see where my order was and then they informed me of THEIR error of leaving color options that were not actual options in their site. We change colors and I actually chose a different hair as well (since I chose that hair for the color) and I’ve waited over a month and still no hair. I spent 400 dollars I should be able to receive my product faster than if I order hair from china. Thanks.”
“The hair quality of these extensions is second to none. It feels just like my real hair! I purchased these extensions for a half-updo for my upcoming wedding and the extensions held a curl perfectly during my bridal trial. The hair includes a variety of different shades to give it the perfect amount of depth.
The only drawback of these extensions in color-matching. The color of the hair was a lot lighter than it appears online. I emailed Bellami for the proper color match and they were drastically off. I had to use the wrong colored extensions because I did not have time to return and replace. My hair was already long and I just wanted to add thickness. The extensions gave my hair a early-2000s style chunky highlight :(
The quality of the extensions are great, but I am sadly considering purchasing another brand to get a better color match.”
“I asked bellami to match my hair and they said honey blonde. I have platinum highlighted hair. The color was all blonde yellow no platinum with little or no highlights. I would be very happy if they had a color to match my highlighted hair”
