“I was super excited about ordering these extensions but completely disappointed when they arrived. I have paid a lot of money so I expected high quality. My extensions arrived to me with a lot of breakage and also little black specs of I don’t know what stuck in multiple strands of hair throughout all of my extensions that are not easily removed without breaking the strands.

The hair extensions came with a lot of breakage, and there’s little black specs of something stuck in a bunch of the strands of hair that I’ve slowly been trying to pull out of it. Not sure what it is but they don’t come out easily . I’m really bummed about it because I heard so many good things about this product prior to deciding to order it.”
