“This is an expensive brush. I specifically bought this due to it being a boar styling brush. When I started to style my hair, the bristles began to melt? and come out of their sockets. The paint also began chipping off. I couldn't even finish styling my hair because the bristles were falling out in clumps and melting away. There is now a huge dent in the brush where the bristles once stood sturdy. I have requested a replacement, thinking that maybe I just received a defective brush. Customer service has been slow to answer--if I try the replacement brush and it works as indicated, I am happy to revisit my review and update accordingly. However, as of now, this is how I feel about this brush. It is absolutely not worth the money.”
