“It’s not 100% human hair like my extensions I have paid for. Which is OK. Still very pretty. However I thought it would be a little smaller for a ponytail. The construction is very big and the wrap is quite small for how big the construction is, so it doesn’t fit. I really haven’t worn it because of that, and it’s quite heavy. I thought it was going to be a lot smaller. They do have a much bigger ponytail, but for a smaller piece this is still quite large. That’s it. In the photo of the wrap looks really big so that you’d be able to wrap it a few times so it looks thick, but that’s not the case!”
“Purchased pony tail in good faith. Had it professionally colored. The flimsy comb cannot support the 100 grams of hair. Cannot get customer support to assist. Waisted good dollars. So so so disappointed.”

“I was not happy with the product. Velcro in pony tail was not good at all. It Was difficult to return. I had to call my credit card company then finally they connected with me. I paid to return it once and it was not accepted. Then they sent me a label. Now they have it back still not refunded yet. They say another 4 to 6 to process the return. There is no number to talk to anyone. All done by email, it is very frustrating”
“My hair dresser, who is well known for beautiful hair extensions recommended this product. It looks like it belongs on a Barbie. The hair which is supposed to real looks extremely fake. The color has a pink hue to it. It is also not a possible to attach yourself. It is very heavy and uncomfortable once it is. It even took a long time to arrive after I ordered it. I have nothing positive to say about this product other than the packaging is very lovely. It is truly a disappointment.”
