“Was SO disappointed......I live in Panamá, ordered and waited over a month to receive. )ordered May 24th, and just received July 1st) Was so excited when it finally arrived, ...then when I opened it, it was so bloody light! I had written the company a minimum of three times to make sure it would be the right colour, went with the butter blonde they suggested, it was SO off...but living here in Panamá and with the Covid, I had no way of returning....total waste of money for me....
I had repeatedly said the faux pony of dirty blonde was too light which I received free when I ordered my extensions but even that was better than the real hair pony in butter blonde...
Bellami, you failed me this time....very very disappointing!
So, doing clients hair, and also YouTubing, I saw that people dyed their extensions, so I went to work and used my root colour on my pony doing it with a lot of foils. Left it in for only 10 minutes, washed carefully, but alas....the hair took the colour, but when washed (extremely carefully) and conditioned it just wasn’t the same texture anymore that it was...it wasn’t as full, it seemed very frizzy...so a pathetic outcome from Beginning to end...maybe the hair quality in the real hair pony isn’t as good as the extensions? I don’t know.....but unfortunately a total waste of money this time around.”
“I ordered the butter blonde ponytail and it does not look like the photo online. Mine looks darker then what is displayed online and it has a lot of highlights that is a dark blonde. Definitely doesn’t look like what it advertised on the website which is upsetting since it doesn’t match my hair perfectly like I thought it would.”
“Was not 100% real human hair. I have bought 2 ponytails from them had to send one back. This one I decided I would try to match to my hair. The fact they don’t have an option for platinum blonde hair is weird.”
