“Not happy with the color of my extensions I received. They are very warm and the balayage is too low. Only the tips of the hair is ash blonde. Colors are not as described/shown. I tried to wash the with purple shampoo to take some of the brass out and the hair was so porous that they are stained purple on the ends but is still brassy on the top. The balayage blonde part is unblended and too low. Extremely disappointing for the price.”
