But due to the quality going drastically downhill Even with all the products that I use as a licensed cosmetologist, they still shed and shrink up so much. My client who had 20 inch wefts in shrank to almost 12 inches!!!”

I feel whoever is inspecting the hair before they package it are not doing their job. I’m very upset as well as my client.
