“I am very disappointed with my Bellami extensions. I was so excited to order them as I have heard amazing things about them and have many friends who order and love them. When I received my extensions they looked great and after a couple weeks of wear they looked awful. I am a hairstylist so I am well aware of the products I should be using. I deep condition once a week and use heat protectant when I am styling. When I messaged the company looking for answers I also sent photos of my hair and they told me this was completely normal for blonde extensions. As someone who has had extensions for the last 5 years I know that this is not normal wear and tear. I also have seen my friends extensions look nothing like this. After spending almost 1000 Canadian I am beside myself with the condition of these extensions.”
