“This was my first time buying Bellami hair. I was disappointed because each piece thinned out a lot at the ends. I figured for how much they cost that they would be a little thicker than they were.”
“The hair is good quality so far. The blonde is the lightest I have been able to find. The hair was put in and half of them fell out in one night. The tape had little to. I stick to it.”
“I was asked to unreasonably provide proof of my identity by sending you a photo of my license and to show a banking statement to receive shipment of my order. After you’ve accepted my payment and stalled my order I then had to wait for a reimbursement of 1500 dollars that I was happy to spend because I’ve purchased from you in the past and was not asked to provide these proofs previously. Can you see why customers would be turned off by this? You need to make it known on your website that by submitting you’re payment you also require extensive proof of purchase. I have NEVER been asked to do so much for an online order. Customer service said she would send an email to show cancellation of the order and i didn’t even get that. I was very disappointed and have had to look into other brands. I will not be purchasing again”
“The first time I ordered color was perfect! The hair is thinner then the brand I usually order but it was ok because I didn’t have to tone it. 2nd time I decided to order again because it is white and I wouldn’t need to tone it and I got more of a pale yellow I had to tone it. Disappointed I could of ordered the thicker brand and toned them. I ordered these specifically for the color so the fact that I didn’t get what I got the first time was frustrating.”
“I ordered the same hair last time and it was white blonde color was perfect it’s not as thick of hair as the other brand I buy but the color was perfect last time so I chose to order again and it wasn’t white it was pale yellow so I had to tone. Pretty disappointed. I could of ordered the other brand that’s thicker and toned those. .”
