“The Hair is Beautiful but the tabs aren't sticky, I had to retab every single extension that I purchased from Bellami with another hair extension company”
“I can honestly say I am not one to write reviews ever let alone complain however if this helps somebody prevent this issue it is worth taking the time to do so. So this was my first time ordering Bellami tape in extensions, I used this color and another and they ended up slipping from my hair. Now they were installed properly as I have been wearing/installed by the same person for 3 plus years. I am a cosmetologist professional, and was not aware of this that there could be a possible issue. I emailed the company and they told me then. I unfortunately had a full head 3 packs of 20 installed in my hair and they mostly all came out. ): I will say had this been an install on a client at my salon, this would have looked very bad on my professional reputation...thankfully I took the hit instead. I will say the quality of hair cannot be beat they are beautiful, however, with this issue I feel that it should be handled a little differently. I am appreciative of how Bellami handled it in the email, but I would also like to have fellow stylists know that this issue occurred, and prevent it from happening to others. Please check your tape, & replace if necessary before installing.”
“The tapes were not sticky , right after applying they all fell right now and had to retape all of them! Extra time and still only charged the normal fee! Annoying!”
“I have been a customer of Bellami for the past 3 years and it seems like every time I order new hair the quality is worse than the order before it but more expensive. I most recently ordered 3 packs of #80 white blonde 22" tape ins and the quality is unacceptable. They seem thinner than before and the biggest issue is that the tapes aren't sticky at all. Within hours of them being properly installed they started slipping out and peeling apart from each other. For the price of the hair they should come ready to be installed but now I will be spending even more time and money to remove them, retape with a better brand of tape that actually sticks, and re install them. And to top it off I have reached out to their customer service team to make them aware of this issue asap and have received no response. Bellami just isn't the brand it used to be and I doubt I will order again or recommend bellami to anyone i know.”
