“I purchased these extensions being new to the hair extension world. I wanted to have more blonde length that wasn’t ashy since toner washes out over time but wanted my roots to match. For reference I have dirty blonde natural hair. What I was send was orange/yellow hair. The root wasn’t ash brown it was almost like someone had hot roots and left it. I’m not exaggerating or trying to play it up. I wanted to send a picture but I’ve already given them to my stylist to color correct. Ash brown is ashy cool toned. Nothing about this was cool toned. Also on their website it says you get a test strand so you don’t open up the box. Welp I didn’t get one of those so how would I know you don’t open the box???? I wouldn’t purchase again. They’re more expensive than ordering through a salon.”
