“I absolutely love the Bellami Galleria location! The team is so nice and friendly (especially the manager), and the store is clean and inviting.
While the class presentation videos and information were great, there are a few things that could have been better with the class itself:
1. The location was small, so we kept bumping into each other with our mannequin stands. It was also difficult for some students to see the instructor's technique because we were all crowded together.
2. Lunch was okay, but I wish there were different food options on the second day and more options. I don't eat pork, so there was only a salad or turkey sandwich option. On the second day, we only had 20 minutes to eat instead of 30 minutes because the instructor told us we had to finish prepping our mannequins.
3. Day 2 was a bit more rushed from the late start, so the instructor had to rush through most of the lessons to remain on time. She was very knowledgeable about Bellami and the brand and made class fun, but we didn't have room to ask a lot of questions because of time. She seemed a bit annoyed or maybe tired on day 2 and was sometimes a bit snippy. We had to hurry up and do the technique she taught, so asking questions got short answers. Towards the end, she rushed through the haircut so that we could get our certificates.
All in all, it was a good class. It just felt rushed!”
