Comes in Clear-Top Gift Box (Box is 4.1" x 2.4") Opens up exactly like a real Torah scroll. This children's Sefer Torah makes a great gift for Simchat Torah, Upsherin, for Hachnasat Sefer Torah, and for a Chumash Party. Only a small portion of the Torah is printed in tiny Hebrew letters on paper that looks like a real scroll. Open scroll size is about 18" wide! It contains the majority of the text of the book of Genesis (Bereshit) (בראשית) Its original script printed on paper which you can roll through, while the scroll itself is held by wooden handles, just like a real Torah scroll! The outside cover is made from a traditional velvet fabric and embroidered with a traditional design. An inspiring and educational work of art that makes the perfect gift for a Bar / Bat Mitzvah. The Torah's covers come assorted in two colors. Either very dark navy color (almost black) or in burgundy color. If you have a preference, please write that in the order notes - otherwise the color will be picked randomly.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE!: Over the years we get many orders for these Torahs, and some customers are surprised by their tiny size and then want to replace them with the next size (ATT290 - 8" Torah). This of course will add to the shipping expense going back and forth - so we just would like to make you aware of that. Please see the image of the Torah in my hand (I do have a large hand - but still - to show the proportion).
