“As a young teen, I had the honor and privilege to know three Hungarian Jews whose families were wiped out in the death camps. Uncle Henry and his wife Anne and Cousin Stella taught me that you can always find the good in life and even have a sense of humor... despite the horrors and losses you suffered because you are a Jew. Although I am not a Jew by religious beliefs, I have always been a Jew in my heart. Now that antisemitism is on the rise across our nation, I feel that I must take a visible stand for the Jewish People and the State of Israel. To this end, I ordered a US-Israel flag pin that I will wear to show others how my loyalty to and undying support for all Jews and the State of Israel.”
