“I have some concerns about the plastic matzo plate I ordered. Instructions were to use alcohol to remove the sticky label. The instructions should have specified using a very soft cloth. I used alcohol on a high quality paper towel and the surface ended up looking a little scratched or dull. I'm not returning the product as it is needed for a community event but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.”
