Biological life is very complex. Total Health for the Prostate combined with cutting out red wine dairy milk, and caffeine dropped my PSA level from 4.9 to 2.3 in 5 month. It does need a diet change + the Prostate Health Program I recon.

As a background, I am a PhD scientist and look at data in this way. My PSA level has progressively climbed from [2.0 in June 2017] to [2.8 in June 2018], ... to [4.9 in December 2022]. I have been drinking 2-3 glasses of red wine, 1/2 gallon of milk, and 4-5 cups of coffee per day. Other than that healthy diet. I like sports, in particular mountain biking. Reading Ben's natural health advice I make a number of changes to my diet in Christmas 2021: I started taking Ben's Prostate Health Program, stopped 100% with the red wine realizing I was drinking to much, cut out all the dairy milk, moved to decaffeinated coffee, and switched to a low carb and reasonably low sugar intake green diet. At first it was a challenge, especially at night. However I picked up on some Korean ginger tea and am enjoying the new diet in fact. I dropped weight from about 200 lb to 175 lb and taking another PSA test the result came out to [2.3, about the 2017] value. I feel physically all the better and have more power mountain biking. My conjecture is that with age one's metabolism drops, which appears to be correlated with the gradual increase in my PSA level over the past 5 years. Taking on a healthier diet and Ben's Prostate Health Program really seem to have helped things. Now this is only one data point, so I will stay on my above mentioned rigorous diet and Ben's Prostate Health Program and retake the PSA test in about 6 month.... Hope this is of help to others. I suspect it will as we are all genetically linked.

This has really helped reduce my bathroom trips, back pain, and bladder emptying. my doctor put me on Finasteride 5mg. to reduce the size of my prostrate and lower my psa. my doctor told me to keep taking Ben's suppliments because they are working for me. when my numbers come into safe range, I will stop the perscription.

My PSA over the last 4 Yrs had gone from 3.8 to 5.0. I have been on the Prostate Health Program for 4 months. My PSA is down to 2.1, AMAZING! I truly believe that the Prostrate Health Program, along with changing my diet, (cut out sugar, diet soda, beer), exercise and prayer made this happen.
