“I appreciate all the information contained within the booklet. My overall experience with the prostate supplements has been very good. My most recent physical showed normal size prostate " physician quote: you have the smallest prostate I have examined for anyone who,is over 70 years of age. My PSA level was 1.0.”
“The book is very interesting containing much useful information on how to look after your prostate, and keep it in perfect health .

“The book was very well written and a must read for all men who are having issues with elevated Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) blood test results.
In my case, age 61 at the time, my 10/10/2017 PSA level was 6.32 and I then via internet searches identified, obtained the All About The Prostate Book and then obtained and began taking Ben’s Total Prostate Health Vegi-caps in January of 2018.
By using the dietary guidance in the book and taking the Vegi-caps I was able to lose nearly 20 pounds of weight (210 down to 190) which was very helpful with the following Prostate Cancer treatment efforts that in my case I needed and is documented as follows.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While taking Ben’s Total Prostate Health Vegi-caps maybe helpful I would highly recommend that all men continue to work with their Primary Care Doctor and Urologist to continue to monitor their PSA blood levels and screen for any applicable Prostate Cancer they may have and to determine appropriate treatments, if any, in their future as applicable.
The following information provides the details of my case and the treatment that I obtained and is provided for you and the benefit of your future readers & customers.
Working with my Primary Care Doctor & Urologist who were both concerned about my elevated PSA levels I did a follow-up PSA blood test on 2/20/2018 that came back with a 9.85 PSA level, did a Digital Rectal Exam (DRE) with my Urologist on 2/27/18 who noted/felt a lump on the left side of my prostate gland.
I then had a “Saturation Prostate Biopsy” performed on 3/14/18 that came back with a Gleason Score of 7 (4+3=7) and an assumed, diagnosed Cancer level of T2b-c.
Under my Urologist’s orders I then had a CT Abdomen Scan with Contrast performed on 4/5/18 and a Whole Body Bone Scan performed 4/10/18 to confirm that the Cancer diagnosis of T2b-c was correct and that the Cancer tumor had not spread outside of my Prostate gland.
Working with my Urologist we then decided, scheduled and performed a Computer Aided Prostatectomy on 5/27/18. Since then I have had three follow-up PSA blood tests performed with all of them coming back with excellent, undetectable less than 0.1 PSA levels. Hopefully my Prostate Cancer issues have been cured, but continued PSA monitoring is still required and ongoing.”
“I have found the book to be very useful, Two months after following the life changes suggested my husbands PSA number went down 1 point. I am anxious to see what happens at his next check up in April.”
