I am health conscious regarding nutrition and exercise, and was surprised to find that my PSA of 8 months ago had risen from 3.4 to 4.8. I have been faithfully taking Total Health for the past three months, hoping for an improvement in my PSA numbers. Two weeks ago I received the results of my recent Prostate Specific Antigen test, and was surprised to see that my PSA had risen to 7.3. I guess health supplements work for some, but not for all.

After reading Ben's book, All About the Prostate, I made a serious change in my diet and exercise plans. In the last month and a half, I have removed 51 excess pounds and have increased my stamina enough to be able to walk a mile in 30 minutes. I have been consistently breaking 10,000 steps on my pedometer. These results are NOT earth shaking, by any means, but they are improvements I have made thanks to Ben Ong. I am on the path to better health. Will I improve every day? NO, but I will prevail. Thank You, Terry Miller

After 30 days of use of Total Health my PSA score did drop but it was from 2 different doctors, so I will keep on taking it until my next visit with the doctor in 6 months to see how it is working. At that time I should be able to give a review of the product and want to prove my doctor wrong because he thinks I should do something about my PSA score of 6.3 and Gleason score of 6

I have tended to have elevated PSA for some time. A 2010 PSA test showed 4.47 and resulted in a ultrasound which showed an enlarged prostate but nothing else. In 2014 I tested 8.2 and looked more seriously at screening options. On 5/2016 I tested 13.12 after having an infected root canal. I found the Ben.ong site and information on the web and started taking Total Heath on 9/22/16. On 1/5/17 I had test that spiked to 20.8. I made an inquiry to BenOng support about current recommended actions to check further on this. The support folks recommended a 3T MRI. I found the Sperling Prostate Clinic in FL and I did the 3TMRI in 2/17. There were 3 suspicious areas and I did a 3T MRI guided biopsy of those areas. The biopsys came back clean with just inflamation. I take Total Health, Prostate Power, and Prostate Healer to keep focused on the inflamation and getting the PSA from that down. My son is a pharmacist and although he does not have elevated PSA, he has had pieriotic prostate infections off and on since he was in high school. I got him into these same three BenOng products that I take and it is helping him in ways that standard prostate infection treatments did not seem to work. He is also additionally impressed with the ingredient list of Total Health and the benefits of those supplements to "Total Health" overall for sure. I started taking this product for my prostate issues, but I have to say that the total over all health benefits of this product is as big or bigger item as just the prostate issues. I have to say that "Total Health" is for sure the right name for this product.
