“I have been using it for over six months and it is an awesome product. Going in for some tests on my prostate Feb. 22 this year, and hopefully all goes great. It has restored my ejaculation to normal, and this was non existant before I started taking the Total Health. Stopped taking Finasteride. And my sex life is great. Running out of Prostate capsules though. Thank you”
“Dear Ben,
I know your supplements are expensive. I know they are more powerful than the average prostate products out there. You provide a ton of information for what you develop and sell. Your products are backed up with numerous studies as well. I appreciate your passion for the prostate and all the information and editorials you give (priceless). You help a lot of people.
Awhile back you mentioned that from time to time people complain about the costs of your products. Yeah, they are expensive. I 'm 64 years old on fixed income but have a part time job so I can afford to buy your products because I think they really help me. I 'm glad I don't have to take all those drugs that doctors want to push. Drugs that do nothing but knock down your immune system and dull your life.
You won't hear me complain about the price or about the taste. I see plenty of guy's old and young driving nice pickup trucks and cars. How can you put a price on your health? If you've got your health you've got it all!
Furthermore I'm glad you're there. Keep up the good work Ben.God Bless you, Kelly and the rest of your team. A grateful customer....Tom”
“Hi Ben,
I am a 71 year old male. Six foot two inches tall 180 pounds. I don't use any prescription medicine.
I have been using your Total Health for almost 4 years with terrific results. I can't thank you enough for that. Thank God I found you before I agreed to the invasive treatments that were suggested by my Urologist. I recently had my semi- annual physical and my Doctor is encouraging me to go on Simvastatin. My total cholesterol is 283 and bad cholesterol is 210. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have. Keep up the good work.
Best,
David Brady”
“Dear Ben,
Yes, why not, later this afternoon I will have somebody to take me a photo to send it to you, sorry I'm answering your letter several days I received and read it. I want to take this opportunity to make a comment about my short experience since I started dieting and taking TH.
After reading your book for two times, I started to change my diet, trying to get as close as I can to Chinese Diet, as you recommend in it. I don't eat as much rice as they do for carbohydrates but I eat a lot of vegetables especially broccoli, spinach, lettuce, green pepper and some other greens, organic when found, I drink good amounts of green tea, at least 3 glasses per day, also I drink boiled Cat's Claw, which is a very good anti-inflammatory, I get it from my country of origin which is Peru. Also I don't take sugar anymore. I eat all veggies raw with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and sea salt, and sometimes I stir fry them with coconut oil mostly in the evening and combine with some rice and beans and a couple eggs. I take a quarter broiled chicken two times a week at lunch with salad.
As of today I am about to finish the second bottle of TH and have three months on the diet. At breakfast I take the supplements, green tea, almond milk and two slices of whole wheat bread.
I am apart from milk, butter cheese and yoghurt.
My PSA was 5.4 in Nov. 20th, when I started dieting and 5.1 in Dec 12th , by that time I was going to the toilet at night 2 or 3 times, now most of the times I have to go only once, could go two times, I think it depends more on the amount of liquids I take before going to bed
I work in a farm owned by my son and voluntary I do some manual work for about two hours every day, and I have to say I don't go to the Gym, when I started these changes my weight was 202 Lb, now it is 189, and I feel very comfortable with this. Generally speaking I feel I am consistently improving my overall condition, and this is time to say it should be thanks to your guidelines, book and supplements.
I understand you say I would have room for not having to compromise a lot at my condition; I'm trying to do the best for my health. On the 20th of this month I will have a new blood test and will see what is happening with the PSA and I'll keep you posted.
I read in your book that you highly recommend going close to Chinese balance; now I read for the third time your email about ketogenic diet where it is recommended low carbs ingestion and it is something that confuses me. I would like for you to explain if with my condition I do have to steer to ketogenic.
As you know I live in the US and at the moment I am retired with a very moderate pension, because of that I have to continue to work which in the other side is good to my health, I don't have any kind of expenses in health care, everything is paid by the Medicare.
Last year I was operated from Colon Cancer (at Sigmoid) on June 12th, tumour was about two cm, no chemotherapy, since that I am being checked by the oncolologist every six months and I have to go for a CT scan every time, they don't do MRI, at least for my condition.
Apart I'm taking medicine for high blood pressure, mild I think, 100 mg of Irbesartan per day, and I also suffer from anxiety since 1998 when I had an attack, controlling it at present with 0.5 mg of Alprazolam at bed time. I took apart this medicine in 2002 and stayed away from it until 2010 and I am taking it again. I was running a very good business of my own at that time (Title Co.). Eight months after I closed the office due to the crisis that began in 2008 I restarted taking the medicine, you can laugh at this but it is the main reason.
Sorry for the length of this letter, but since I plan to be your patient for a long time I needed for you to know who I am.
I informed you several weeks ago about ED and using Viagra with success, I will be able to buy the trio of tinctures as you recommend.
Very respectfully,
Manuel O. Pinto”
“Hi! Ben, I was checking the web for information on prostate biopsy just the night before my appointment for the procedure. There was one entry on the site that said not to do the prostate biopsy.
My PSA Reading was 4.19. That morning for my procedure I went see my urologist to cancel it. I got in touch with Total Health and started taking 5 vegicaps daily. In April Of 2013, PSA reading dropped to 2.44.
Recently on April 30, 2015 my PSA Reading is 1.24. My urologist also mentioned my prostate is normal. I am thankful for all the support given by Total Health.
Now I am on an annual visit to my urologist. It was a close call for if I did not check the Web with a stern warning not to do the prostate biopsy.
This really saved me the agony of having prostate surgery. For that I am grateful for Total Health. Keep up the good work.
Yours very truly, Harry Arakawa”
“Good morning Ben,
Thank you for your note! I have improved in the last month and am extremely hopeful for the continued progression in the upcoming weeks/ months. Without your input/diet and products, I would not have the outlook, I am appreciating today.
An Eliptigo is a bike that is ridden upright (www.eliptigo.com ), so no increased pressure on the prostate there.
I guess the biggest thing I am struggling with at this juncture is combining the Ketogenic diet with athletics such as hockey (which is interval in nature). Teammates count on you for continuous energetic shifts. However, I think this is a good thing as the alternative is much worse (i.e. having that discomfort with prostatitis). I have been on the Beta glucan for several weeks now, along with Total Health, the tincture for prostate ( 1 week), Prostate Power and rejuvenate.
I have been drinking occasional goat's milk (low heat pasteurized 145 degrees Fahrenheit) and eating a bit of goat cheese.
I guess I need to read a bit more in this area to get up to speed regarding Goats milk. Here in the US, we have to buy shares of a goat to get raw milk. I am looking for that source at this juncture here in Colorado.
The craving aspect is a bit difficult at this point, as I am overcoming many years of being a chocolate desert junkie. Although I wasn't really overweight, my distribution is changing for the better. Maybe a 6 pack or at least a 3 pack is on the way.
I want to Thank you again for the motivation and knowledge you provide to make that change.
All the best !*:) happy”
“Ben - I'm a 42 year old man that had a recent diagnosis of prostatitis. I wrote to you a few months back asking you what supplements you recommended. You recommended the Total Health and the Beta Glucan.
I have been taking the supplements for a little over 2 months now. Your supplements have been nothing short of absolutely amazing.
Your supplements have done in 2 months what a Urologist and several medications couldn't correct in 2 years.
I feel better than I can remember over the last 3 years. I have taken your advice and quit smoking and changed my diet. I have eliminated all dairy and minimized animal products. My next step is to begin a workout regimen that I hope will increase my libido as well as overall health. My sex drive was always very high until I encountered this prostatitis experience. Which I would never wish upon my worst enemies. So I feel about 90% recovered. The 10% is my sex drive and libido. I know I am aging but I feel that this can also be corrected or improved. And I also want to say although I have made some significant changes in my life, I don't think its a coincidence that my prostatitis has disappeared since taking your supplements. I tried multiple supplements with promises that never helped. I was very depressed for a while thinking that I would never recover.
Your supplements have changed my life.
Having said that I recall you recommending some additional supplements for my testosterone and libido once I completed the initial supplement recommendation. Can you please remind me what the recommendations are for increased testosterone and libido? I believe it was a garlic supplement and something else. Also, do I continue to take the Total Health and Beta Glucan? And finally, is the Total Health supplement a replacement for a daily multivitamin? Thank you so much for your help.
And feel free to use my success story on your website. I really enjoy reading your supported and objective views on Big Pharma and medical treatments.”
“Ben,
Amazing
Guess it depends on Doctors and their open and honest assessments..
Each of my Doctors Primary and Specialists...Reviewed the Total Health Bottle I showed them looking at the ingredients..Some were aware of your Product others not but they all looked at what was in it..
The feedback was it's a natural supplement that should have no side effects, but can be beneficial...Each one supported me taking Total Health...They added it was a good idea to keep taking it...
But I already was going to do that..Getting their support was a plus...
That includes my Primary doctor 2 different urologists (one who is super aggressive) and pushes the old school methods...The other who pushes the latest technology and least invasive...and my Cardiologist...who believes in non invasive procedures unless it's a life or Death situation..(Heart attack due to a totally blocked artery..)
So they are all not bad...Guess you just have to do your homework and question when a doctor pushes a particular procedure and Triple question invasive /Operative recommendations..
PS: I have gone to some doctors once and never returned...Have to use best judgement and do research..
Your manuals and letters open up some clear directions and open up direct questions that must be answered no matter what medical condition...Question Question Question
Keep the info coming it's great..”
