When I was selling BE equipment and needed to contact the factory, I was always treated well : my questions were answered honestly and timely. I appreciate the industrial quality of the model I bought but all of the products were of excellent quality for the market they are intended for. The dealers keep good inventory of accessories for the pressure washers and a good selection of models covering the various levels of intended use.
I want a long lasting machine for heavier home use that will easily start and reliably run for as long as I need it.
When I sold pressure washers the BE machines never came back from an unhappy customer and I sold into all levels of users.”
