“Tried to use it once and had to bring it for service under warranty.... carburator not working properly and can't move the choke to the "run" position, not even after a few minutes once started.... for what I've seen so far, 3400 PSI should be more powerful... disappointed, to say the least.... and now I was told that it could take 3, 4 weeks or more before I get it back!!!”
“Excellent machine.... when it works.
I've used it thrice and this morning, no matter what I do, the engine won't start. Fuel tank is almost full and it was working fine an hour ago. I had to stop it briefly and turned the engine off. Now it's dead. Tried the support helpline but of course, it's in BC and I'm east, so no support until they get in the office. Meanwhile, my car is half washed and I have to use a regular hose to rinse it off.”

“Great power, runs great and easy to use. Very good wand hose. Reliability will be the next question but BE is the leader so likely as reliable as they get. Dont confuse reliable with zero maintenance. Take care of this unit and it's likely to take care of you for years. If your only burning a few gallons a year use premium gas that has no methanol and use fuel saver in the winter; these few pennies of additional cost will save you a world of grief.”
“I’ve just purchased this brand new power washer from Costco Canada. Unfortunately I couldn’t insert/slide the frame handle assembly to the unit without potentially breaking the unit’s pipes that accept the frame handle. They aren’t even aligned. Talk about quality assurance before shipping to consumers. Sad! Guess I have to reluctantly return the unit as it was on sale and looks robust enough.”
