“We have just about every Demeyere pot & pan available. We’ve tried other high end cookware and nothing compares for use on our induction stove. This is our first nonstick purchase and it works well - however, I’m disappointed that it has interior rivets at the handle, which previous pans do not and this piece does not have an available lid, which I thought would not be a problem as I have other lids the size of this skillet, as advertised, BUT thus skillet is actually 1/4 “ smaller.”
