“Long handled brush arrived with the handle bent. Bering's did not have any bubble wrap or anything of that nature to protect the item from damage, during shipping, by cushioning or absorbing shock. This cannot be blamed on the shipping company Bering's used. For the price of shipping that Bering's charges, this is their responsiblity to properly package their products for shipping. Since this brush has the softer bristles, and still scrubs like it need it to and is awkward to use with a bent handle, I am not returning it.”
