“The center toaster resistance grids failed in a ball of flames (electric arc?) while toasting 2 frozen waffles. The waffles were still eatable, they wern't burnt, one side was under toasted. Called your phone number to ask about warranty proceedures. Talked to a male emploiee who said someone would get back to me - no one ever ever did. Did not receive a bill of sale with the shipment. Talked to Breville, they want a copy of the bill of sale. How do you get it from you web site.”
