After the latest tropical storm, mail was a little screwed up my package was lost. I emailed Drew, he called me back, we straighted things out and I received a replacement package the very next day. Hello, thanks for your feedback! This product is a 3rd party platform. You should receive tracking directly from us which is able to be used anytime, without the Route app. Route is an insurance provider that is optional for coverage in any case your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
