“I’m just not sure how accurate it is. There are many times when i take the test that shows the little or no ketones yet yet my macros on pt. Or maybe I have a high ketones and Then i eat food that is high in good fats, that should raise my ketones but then my ketones good down. I measure everything and know exactly what I’m eating. All this leads me to believe maybe the meter is not as accurate as thought. This thought seems to be prevalent. So I still like the meter but it’s not the only tool. I just take the results with a grain of salt, unfortunately!”
