“It was a major debacle. I bought it online then they reviewed the purchase and nearly cancelled it. But multiple phone calls later it got sent out. When I received it I showed my daughter and on opening the box we realised we had been sent white gold not yellow gold. So then the process started again that I had to exchange it 2 days before Xmas. Lucky parkmore had one and I took it there to exchange. The staff at parkmore were fabulous and so apologetic. Unfortunately it caused a lot a stress. I won’t buy online again for something like that”
