“These two earrings came with different colour white diamonds. Noticeable as I have a background in jewellery. I was told by head office to take them to the Tarneit store who had ONE pair only. (they are sold out online now!) When I went there their two earrings didn't match either. One black centre diamond was tiny. Weird. BUT the girl who knew very little about jewellery (as I had a silver claw that was faulty on another item purchased online) would NOT break the pair up that she had. The Manager (who I asked for) leaned over counter, heard my full story and that I'd been told to come there, shrugged basically and walked away. I said to the girl "so you're happy to lose a sale?" Clearly was. So I said return them. Got my money back. Unfortunately didn't have my glasses on to see the receipt until I got home. Not only was it the wrong amount for the ones that were faulty (silver) they even charged me more with a basic exchange. Nearly $50 out of pocket! I rang immediately and the manager could not grasp the simple concept that you can't exchange and be charged more for a faulty item! And these Tia Black should be refunded WHAT I PAID! I gave up and know Cecilia at the Werribee store and said I'll go to her in the morning. She rang them and couldn't believe what they did and asked why didn't you give the pair that the customer wanted (tia black) and it took a long time but she figured out a way to fix the mess of the receipt and give me my money back that Tarneit couldn't seem to understand they'd stolen. I rarely get upset but it was ridiculous. On top of that the Manager of Tarneit told Cecilia (Werribee) that she did talk to me instore. Absolute LIE! Never go to Tarneit again. No wonder the google rating is soooo low! Thank goodness for Werribee!”
