“It's a beautiful bracelet - pity it doesn't fit - I specifically asked through the chat what size it was knowing anything less than 19-20cm would not fit and was told it was that size - but when it arrived it was only 18cm - too small to fit nicely. Need more info on the on-line selling page - specifically size.”
“Whilst this is a nice designed bracelet, it is remarkably small in size and is more akin to the size of a child's wrist. I have quite small wrists and never before have I purchased an adult size bracelet and it not fit me, in fact it's been the reverse, I am usually required to take links out as most adult size bracelets are usually too big! This bracelet also took many weeks to come a short distance, however was even more disappointing that I will be required to add chain length to the fitting in order to wear the bracelet as its at least 1, 1/2 centimeters to short. So overall I could not recommend purchasing this item unless it for a very slight adult or an average size child.”
“I really liked the bracelet, which I bought for my Grand daughter's 18th birthday. The only trouble with it was that it did not fit. She took it back to see if perhaps some links or something to make it bigger could be arranged. She was told no. As it only came in one size, she asked if she could exchange it, but was told that everything else was dearer, so again no. Now, at our own expense, we are going to have to see if a jeweller can do anything with it. As my grand daughter really loved the bracelet, returning it for a refund was out of the question.
