“All the items are quality-checked when packaged? I bought a very important religious 21st birthday gift for my child and received a defective pendant. I had to buy another from a different store to gift my last born a gift that was given as tradition. I wrote emails, never got answered, and phoned in and the people who helped me were not as friendly as promised on the website.
I was a returning customer but I won't be buying from them again. Because of the treatment and overall bad experience that almost ruined a very important tradition.”
