Ordered bracelet online, stated next business day but it was delivered 3 days later, when we received it was dented. We then phoned Know Bevilles and she was very nice and polite and offered to exchange it or give a refund. I went to pick it up at the store, but when I got home it was slightly scratched. I kept it but wasnt very happy.
