“It is very tiny, flimsy and thin. The coloured added piece looks cheap and not like a real gemstone. Like coloured glass. I am disappointed that this item does not reflect it's price or look like a genuine piece of gold jewellery bought from what I thought was a reputable jewellery store.”

“I loved the name scroll font.
I wasn’t very happy about the chain it was all knotted up when I received it, since the chain was very thin it broke when I tried to unknot it. I think you should offer better quality chain to go with the name scrolled font.”
