“Necklace is beautiful once we received it that was. I ordered it back in April, for my daughters 21st, and it took 2 months before I was told the original necklace I ordered was out of stock. It then took about another month before my daughter actually received the necklace. Not the best customer sercvice I'm afraid. It would have been nice to be kept up to date with what was happening, especially considering I had paid for the necklace back in April. Anyway I have it now. Might just make me a bit more wary next time I want to order something online from you.”

It will take 8 weeks to make a personalised necklace/jewellery, however sometimes dur to unforeseen delays, it might take longer to be shipped out to the customer.
