“I ordered 12mm diameter and got sent 8mm diameter. I decided not to bother responding as I had better things to do with my time. Later I ordered 14mm diameter sleepers and wasn’t terribly surprised to get sent 12mm diameter. Don’t think I’ll bother trying to buy something else.”
