“This item is only available online, I wasn't happy with it so contacted Bevilles for a return and sent it back. They were prompt to acept the return and email the return label. However, they received my package over two weeks ago and have not issued me a refund, acknowledged they have received the package or responded to either of my two emails. I want my money back.
