“I purchased two of these pearl necklace sets for my bridesmaids and when they arrived they were absolutely hideous and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I understand that some will have small imperfections but almost every pearl was oddly shaped. They looked extremely cheap and nasty. I took them in the Bevilles Bankstown store to ask for a refund as the quality was sub-par, they also looked nothing like the instore pearl set. I was also asked if I was sure they had come from Bevilles.... they refused to give me a refund as I had purchased with PayPal and told me that I had to return them through headoffice which is didn't say at the time or purchasing or on the bottom of the online order receipt. The cranky older woman was rude and customer service didn't care. Absolutely horrible customer service and product. AVOID!!!!”
