“These came in the mail and the post was stiff and faulty, couldn't even clip into clasp properly and at risk of snapping. Returned to Tarneit. The girl majorly untrained, I have a background in jewellery and explained they were the 3cm diamond cut (chiseled) silver hoops. She took me to diamonds!! Geez, get someone in there for training ASAP. Turns out she isn't new. Exchanged the earrings, but managed to charge me more for a flat out exchange on faulty earrings. The whole process took about 3 hours to correct as she messsed the receipt up so badly and I had to go to the werribee store. Cecilia the manager there is amazing!!!”
