“Item came out of the box faulty. The hoop doesn't close and is therefore always open.
Tried to return it in store and the lady said she doesn't know how to do online returns, and told me to try a different store.
Extremely poor service as this is the second defective item I have bought from Bevilles for a special occasion, and I have been let down and left embarrassed to have given a defective present for Christmas.”
