“A beautiful bracelet and great quality, but not worth the wait or hassle! Being personalised it can take up to 12 weeks. I ordered two as gifts, waited 12 weeks to receive one which has to be returned due to an engraving error, took another 8 weeks to get a replacement. The second ones order got ‘lost’ so took another month on top of the 12 weeks.”
