“Works well. Simple manual operation, I have 6 plus a 12 and a 4 circuit timers. They all work well but the app could use some help. Each one must be selected before being able to program. It would b nice to be able to assign them all to a group and then see them all. Could just be me. I knew about this before buying. They are still the best.”
“This is a great concept, but poorly executed. You cannot use this thing without internet. After many long hours of my life wasted on this hose timer setup, I realize now that I cannot do anything to correct the issue myself. Right out of the box there is an app that requires online registration setup. No problem. I have a phone so internet is not the problem here. Next there is a firmware update that I dont have a choice but to allow it. During the firmware update, the prompt came up to reset the hub to factory settings which I did and now it will not allow me to "see" it in the app. I now have to call tech support or email them to gobthru this all over again. I have 4 timers and 1 hub and cannot use any of them until I find the time to call Orbit during a work week. I'm probably just going to send it all back and just get Gilmore programmable timers. They are about $20 and sets up in about a minute. Don't waste your time or money on this product.”
