“Great response, quick delivery. Product generally well made, but the watering tripod was built with soft aluminum rivets, and it broke apart during shipping. So I had to repair my new tripod right out of the box. This caused me a trip to a special hardware store to get bolts thin enough to replace the rivets.
The packing was one big heavy traveling sprinkler in a box with the loose tripod... not packed well either. But better to find out about the poor rivets sooner rather than later. Also, some of the screws (the kind with a shaft and a head on both ends) were shaken out.. It would have been no problem, as they would only have ended up in the shipping box, but the box cracked open enough that the screws were also lost.
So the chance for a great rating got knocked down to ordinary, because of the time I wasted on it.”
