“The price and shipping were very good. The best on the web and $200.00 less my local supply house`s (Plumb Supply and Ferguson). However One of the included fittings was incorrect, which was a big pain. It requires two 1/2 inch lavatory (nps) x 1/4 inch compression adapters with rubber cone washers to connect the lav. supply's to the return manifold I received one of those and one 3/8 nps x 1/4 compression adapter which is useless. (I am sure it came from China that way so no surprise). Fortunately I had a 1/4 x 1/4 compression adapter and could splice two lav supply tubes together and make it work. That saved me another trip which means $100.00. Now I have spent an hour griping, (Another $100). So who knows? It appears to have satisfied the costumer. There is some warm water feedback on the cold side as expected.”
“System is pretty easy to get hooked up and learn to use. Great addition to our system because we have a long house that had to push out a lot of cold water before heating up. With this system, we get hot water in no time. The pump is also very quiet. Customer service was great too. The original bypass valve had damage to the threading. Sent an email and they sent a new one in no time.”
