“My son looked the item up for and gave me the item number. I was surprised when it arrived, I was expecting a larger already assembled item. I enclosure was cheap looking and did not fit my tankless hot water heater. I was disappointed to say the less when I called about returning the item. I was told that I would have to pay for the turn shipping and a reboxing fee. All total cost me about $23.00 to return and it took about 10 days to get get a refund.
I will never order anything from your company again and I have advised others to be careful when and if they use your company.”
